Rules and Submission

Information regarding the submission of proposals 
EJI-PATER’s concept of young researcher includes all recently graduated researchers, Master's or PhD students and Master's or PhD students whose degree has been obtained less than 6 years ago. Potential participants (or teams) with affiliations that are not academic (Local Councils, Town Halls, Companies, Associations, etc.), and  undergraduate students who wish to participate with the sharing of their research are also welcome.
Foreign researchers are also invited to participate, regardless of whether they reside.
Any participant may submit up to two proposals as first author, which may include different formats of presentation.

Proposals submission and deadline 
To take part in the third edition of EJI-PATER, those interested should submit, in an online form, an abstract of their work (not exceeding 300 words), which should include:

 

- Title | in Portuguese and in one of the other languages allowed: English or Spanish;
- Name(s) of the author(s) and respective institutional affiliation
- Keywords (not exceeding five);

 

The abstract should be clear and concise and present the problematic, the methodology, the data/results and conclusions of the scientific research.
Authors should also send a brief biographical note (not exceeding 100 words).
Researchers interested in presenting their proposals in video/documentary or installation format should follow the same indications described above.
All proposals must fit one of the designations indicated in the word cloud.
The deadline for submissions is 31 August and should be done by filling out and submitting the online form.
